By creating an account or using MySocialSaves ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Service
MySocialSaves is a personal bookmark aggregator. You may use the Service to import, view and manage saved content from supported social media platforms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of third parties without our written permission. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms of service
- Attempt to access other users' data or the administrative interface without authorisation
- Reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the API beyond normal personal use
- Upload or import content that violates applicable law
4. Third-party platforms
The Service connects to third-party platforms such as Reddit using OAuth. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party platform.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of any content you import. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Service availability
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySocialSaves and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.
